Can I book an Intake Session?
We understand that finding the right counsellor is important. This is why we offer options to begin your experience positively. You can book a 20 minute in-person consultation where you can ask me as many questions as you like!
After the 20 minutes you may feel I am a good fit for you and we can book a session.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
In Bloom upholds industry standards and requests that clients cancel or change their appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations and changes made after this point will be charged the full fee, payable at the next session.
What are your fees?

Do you accept insurance? What methods of payment do you accept?
At this point, I do not accept insurance, but am an approved ICBC counsellor. It is always a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see whether or not they will reimburse you.
In Bloom Counselling is happy to accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Where are you located?
We are located in the commercial block of Shoal Point, near Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is in Robbins Parking Lot.
We are in suite 21 directly across the stairs from Pearlman Lindholm and to the far right of Moka House.
