Can I book an Intake Session?

I understand that finding the right counsellor is important. This is why I offer options to begin your experience positively. You can book a 10 minute consultation where you can ask me as many questions as you like!

 

 

After the 10 minutes you may feel I am a good fit for you and we can book a session, or you can take some time to think. No pressure!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or a missed session leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

What are your fees?

As of January 1, 2022, individual sessions (50 minutes) are $135 + GST.

Do you accept insurance? What methods of payment do you accept?

I do not bill directly to your insurance company. Payment is appreciated the same day as your session.

 

 You are welcome to submit the receipt you get from me to your insurance provider.  It is always a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see whether or not they will reimburse you for our sessions. 
 

Payment can be made by either e-transfer or credit card. Clients can securely put a credit card on file through the client portal. Your card details are never seen by the therapist.

Where are you located?

I am currently seeing clients virtually over Zoom.
